Understanding the needs and aspirations of our clients is as important as preparing accounts and tax returns.
Born and bred in Hampshire, I have 30 years’ experience in the accountancy profession; which has been juggled with bringing up 2 children, now fully grown.
After 4 years in a London accountancy environment, I decided to concentrate on the more direct and personal approach to independently owned accountancy practices, where I can add real value. As a result, I have gained substantial experience in a varied cross section of type and size of business clients. I enjoy working with the business owner to ensure they help them to keep compliant in an ever-increasing complex world of accounting and tax compliance. There is a need for accountants to be modern and forward-thinking, and having good communications is fundamental to developing long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, I like to travel; my favourite country so far is India! And favourite food is curry. I also enjoy visiting show homes; its great place to pick up trendy decorating and design ideas.
